In world profile. I had the same one for like, the past half year. But someone must of reported me for it- apparently it's a violation of CS? So better get them to change it just in-case.

Since everyone can access profiles, they are supposed to be G rated.  

The search system does not filter keywords when you search for avatar names or profiles. Information in Resident profiles should be General. Please refer to our Community Standards for details.

Still those who report accounts for such stuff in an adult game are clearly imbeciles with nothing else to do

and if they are supposed to be G rated then the system should also not allow the addition of Adult rated Picks

that as we all know have nudity and vulgar language but 20 years later it still does.

There used to be a bug (?) or feature that would tag a profile as Adult by keywords.  I've seen profiles.over the years in search with an M and A rating.  Pictures are entirely different and really no way to filter those that I can see.  

I actually think it would be a good idea to be able to set your profile to a maturity rating.  THAT seems like an easier thing to do.
