I want beach front or island but something that has a theme. A cartoon house was put up by me. I promise to each their own but it’s just not what I’m wanting. I surf. Sail. Kayak. Would love to walk out my door and be able to do all those! Thanks for any info!

You're going to end up spending the same amount of time you would have spent doing it yourself. Because when the "real estate agent" (me, just as an example) finds some places she thinks you might like, you'll have to go with her to check them out.

Unless you just want to give me your money, a list of must-haves and nice-to-haves, and carte blanche to buy a place and hand you the keys.

EDIT:

Oh...waterfront. That's pretty much an impossible task right now unless you have VERY deep pockets. I've been looking for a small unblocked waterland or waterfront Mainland parcel for a couple of weeks now with no luck.

Ah. I was told the Real Estate agents know more about places available and good areas. I can look at properties no problem. But I spent all day at auction and didn’t find anything.

You want a parcel in mainland or in private region and also what size.

2048 and up. I’d take less IF it was nice. I want to buy over rent. I’m ok with mainland or private Again if it’s the right property.

This is a permanent purchase for me so I’m not really worried about the price tag. I mean there are limits obviously….lol

There are several waterfront parcels.in the link.I posted.above for sale.on mainland.

Just an FYI, mainland is an actual.purchase.  Private estate parcels are rentals from.the private estate owner.

The process appears.the same often with you right clicking and 'buying' the parcel but your payments go to a landlord/resident.   Purchases on mainland can be made.directly from LL.through auctions or purchased from another resident.  Any tier payment over your free 1024 is.paid directly to LL

Keep in mind in order to purchase the land in Mainland you ll need to be upgrade from basic account and also buy the extra tier necessary.

Yes I have a Premium Plus account so I know 2048. And I have rented from a Private Estate but really want something of my own.

Why not just get a Linden Home? I know it's only 1024, for now, but LL has said they will make some 2048 Linden Homes for Premium Plus, we just don't know when. The Stilt Homes and the Houseboats are all waterfront, though.
