So I have land I own on Mainland. I am wondering if I can change the grass color from the dreary brown to green. I have had experience terraforming but not sure how/if I can apply texture to OR change the grass on my land. Thanks so much in advance!

Ah. I was told the Real Estate agents know more about places available and good areas. I can look at properties no problem. But I spent all day at auction and didn’t find anything.

I want beach front or island but something that has a theme. A cartoon house was put up by me. I promise to each their own but it’s just not what I’m wanting. I surf. Sail. Kayak. Would love to walk out my door and be able to do all those! Thanks for any info!

I have a premium plus account and can buy land. I know I can get up to 2048 and buy at auction. But could someone please explain to me what the numbers in parenthesis is next to the land name. It would be like (112, 16) I wasn’t sure if it had to do with land impact…thanks in advance! Still learning!
