Problem / Bug Adding Friends

Hello,

there have a problem with adding friends, it's now since several months for me, longer for others residents.

We made many try and test with different friends, and we are many to still have the same problem.

We tried different viewer , all online and this is the result : 

Catznip, SL viewers , Alchemy :  sending request between 2 people on the same parcel , no work for the 2 both.

it's look like a ping pong :  -  one of us send the request, the other in front receive it, accept it : nothing happen.

                                               -  the second send the request , the first one receiving it too, nothing happen again .

                                                           ( 2 or 3 try like this, still not working )

Request offline, not appear

Firestorm :  we have 2 case :     

1 : Others viewers send the request to the one who have firestorm :  - firestorm user receiving the request, accept it, nothing happen. 

                                                                                                                      - the firestorm viewer send the request to the other who invited him, the request is accepted immediately by the other . ( at least it's working for one side )

2 : firestorm VS firestorm request : seems working well immediately.

Request offline : received and appear when not too much off message, then : sometimes accepted, most of time nothing happen when clicked accept.

So, yes, we can using firestorm, but : many people took habits with others viewers, and not all people want changing the viewers, a lot are on SL viewers and still want to keep it.

i hope i was clear, so if someone have this problems too, or infos.

i m free to make others test with others viewers.

Many topic's talk about the offline problem that friend are removed of the list,

Our problem is ONLINE,  2 persons face to face, not OFFLINE

oops, sorry!  I guess maybe open a new bug report?

no worries.

i don't know if i will open again a new bug report about this.

if many people had the same, they should already opened many report, we maybe are some isolate cases.

i see that's still the same, it's like a wheel of fortune. sometimes ok, sometimes not.

maybe it's will better in time.

The SL contact list, IM's and Group Messages are so broken that i no longer use them.  Friend's look offline while online, im's delivered after relog, although both online etc..

I simply keep the good friends on Discord and for the rest won't even bother sending a friend request, simply throw them all in a Contact Set and talk whenever i remember.

And it's not client software issue..
