Note that while The Monarcy is among the nicer/better clubs, a friend of mine found the hiring process harder than a RL work interview and gave up trying.

It's a avatar dance place. It should take a few minutes talking with a potential recruit and getting a good once over of their avatar, a few minutes testing in a SL practice mode, then watching a girl emote/work it for a few hours before deciding to keep them or let them go.

Sorry, not sorry. Jaded thinking that tough interviews are even necessary.

Also, if anyone thinks this is a way to easy cash? You'll find that the long tail (in earnings) happens real fast, there just isn't the market anymore except for niche since free (and even decent quality free) is everywhere. My $0.02.

Wait until puppetering with full body tracking goes to production on SL.  (It's in test now; you can see it at the puppeteering developer meetings.) Then the high end SL clubs will need people who can really pole dance.
