Possibly determined by whether your account is considered under age. Can you view Adult content in the Market Place or visit Adult locations inworld? Just go to Forums Tab at the top of the page and click that, Then all the sections will show.. International section is the last one for me. I didn't even know the forums here had an adult section. I joint these forums in 2009, have over 1,500 posts and my SL avatar is 15 years old. So unless I signed in as a toddler of 5 years of age, I'm adult already. But no adult section for me either. The one at the very top has a drop down for each section, but clicking on Forum in that drop down will show all the sections.. The one I really meant to use was the forum link just below the tab..
