Question

There is a club I really enjoy going to inworld and for some reason I can't tp there anymore.  No one has banned me.  I spoken to the owners several times and they have double checked all the ban lists  and I am not on any of them.  They have reset all the orbs.  They rent the whole sim and they spoke to the owners of the region and they did not ban me either.   They both reset the region and say it has to be on my part.  I don't know what I need to do on my part.  I have submitted a ticket to LL it's  be over a week, how long does it usually take to hear back from them?  I have never been ban from anywhere in sl ever and I don't have very many favorite places where the DJs, patrons and hosts are mostly my friends.

Yup, you're banned all right.  That's a system message. You wouldn't get it unless you really were banned.  So, either the region owner doesn't know how to manage the ban list or doesn't want to admit that you really are on it.  Or, perhaps, she's using the Voodoo "security" system that has been getting a lot of discussion recently.

Rolig Loon thank you not sure how to reply here,  but yeah the owner was very determined to figure it out and after a few weeks she apologized and said she tried everything.   Plus she mentioned the fact that the notice I got says N/A region info and usually if someone is banned by them, it would show their region information on it.

That's a decent observation.  I didn't focus on that. If she has not restarted the region recently, I think that's one thing to try.  If she has, then she should contact Concierge Support to ask them to check the server for her.  She's more likely to get fast attention than you have been getting for your own support case, because it potentially affects other residents or visitors.
