linden Boat house .

I am a new premium member and would like select a linden home. 

I already know I would love a boat house but not understanding how I selected it when its not listed under themes 

when I go to register.

If it's not listed. it's not available.( with other words, all are occupied)

Not all the themes have houses available all of the time, so if you don't see the theme appear that means there aren't any available at that time.  However, there is a lot of movement of people between house themes or in and out of linden homes, so there will be times when house boats will be available.  You will just need to check back on the linden home selection page periodically until you see one available.  You can refresh the page 10 times in 10 minutes, I think, so just leave the page open in your browser and periodlically refresh it.

If it's not in the list it means they are all "sold out", there are none available. They do appear occasionally but they are the rarest of all the types so you will just have to be patient.
