Another group land question

Hi everyone.

 

Can someone please suggest the best way to do this?

 

• I personally own 2048
• Would like to deed it to group that I made
• Would like to purchase 225 bit of Gov Linden land with the bonus

 

I'll create a ticket and see if LL will sell me the land, but can they sell to a group or should I ask them to sell directly to me? What's the best way to do this and sequence?

if they sell it to you, you only need to have the group active, and "buy for group" No need to ask them
But to have most profit of the group allowment, it needs to be on the same region. If not you will simply have a 225 smq parvel somewhere else. If it's on the same region, you'll have the combined Li of the parcels in one.

Groups get a 10% bonus.  If you donate 2048 tier to a group, the 10% bonus on that is 204.8 -- not sure if it truly rounds or just drops decimal digits.  In either case, that means that the total amount of land that the group can own is 2048 + 204/205 -- not the 225 that you plan to buy from LL.

even worse... it has to be a amount divided by 16  (smallest part of land) .. the one fitting in 204 = 192 sqm
