my store is disabled what should I do?

possibly this

  • If the Merchant hasn’t logged in in two years *and* a specific product hasn’t  sold in 1 year, the product will be unlisted.

  • If the Merchant hasn’t logged in in two years *and* the store hasn’t sold anything in 1 year, their store will be disabled.

Cindy's post tells you "what is going on".  

You can possibly get it re-enabled by opening a Support ticket.

That's perfectly normal. Unless it's very urgent, like a region down, it usually take two to three work days for them to respond to a support ticket. There haven't been many work days recently and I have a feeling they're a little bit behind schedule at the moment too. If you haven't heard from them by the beginnign of next week you may start to worry but not until then.
