Im being disturb by a girl who thinks i have a lot of alter to win a contest..

This girl thinks i got a lot of alters and she and her husband send me im's saying that they are going to report me. But this is not true i got 4 avatars only. what should i do?

I agree with bee. They're a pair of plonkers and deserve to be muted. In fact they are the ones in breach of the TOS (Community Standards) by harrassing you. Personally though, I wouldn't waste any more time on them, mute and forget them.

I agree.  Nobody needs "friends" like them.  Walk away and find a new crowd.  You don't have to tell anyone that you even have alts, much less who they are.  Alts are perfectly legal, but it's none of their business.

As others have already said on this thread, simply mute/block these crazy people who are sending you IMs. LL know the truth. If these people report you for having "Freddie Bloggs" or whoever as your alt, and actually do submit an abuse report to LL saying "we believe Carly9 is griefing us with her alt, Freddie Bloggs, they will risk being suspended for abusing the abuse reporting facility.

Just keep well away from these people, do not go to their land/sim, DO NOT even respond to them. Mute/block them.

However, if they have already given you a list of names of your alts, then it shows they are probably using a device in SL that is illegal, which claimed to be able to detect alts.  In that case YOU can submit an abuse report against THEM for having this.

Report you for what?  There is nothing in the TOS about how many alts you can have.  Have a thousand of them if you want.

If they persist, report them for harassment (which is against the TOS)  or abusive language (which is also against the TOS).
