It really is anyone's guess,  as the skin that is used can alter the appearance big time..  plus if they alter  the shape of the head and/or features that changes it too.  So ya unless someone actually knows this person and can ask what she used..  it is gonna be just a guess.

that is a lelutka greer or lelutka nova or catwa catya

the eyes look more like catwa

definitely not a genus head though.

her shape is using more "egg head" and less "chin depth" in the sliders which makes it hard to discern it from lelutka or catwa.
