There are no LAWS in SL - only the TOS (Terms Of Service):

HOWEVER, note that parcel & venue owners can set whatever rules they want to set.

No, not unless there is another DJ scheduled to start when your 2 hours are up.   If the club owner only wants a DJ to do 2 hours though, that's a different matter
