Wrong ban (not mine)

Hello, yesterday my mate got perm banned in second life, and yes he DID try the support team, yet it didn't help.. scince my mate didn't knew eng, im gona speak from him(<Removed>), so why he did banned for that, got banned just for nothing, i was with him, and yes i have his accout, because we are mate's?, he didn't do anything bad, and yet he got banned for nothing... or stalking to anybody,  this is ... well.. still i want appeal his ban, and get the real reason why he got banned, i knew him, and the last day (18 th) he got banned, while we was, watching the TV in second life, and then after one hour he got instantly banned, we was speaking in discord on this time, and we are both got confused, because i knew <Removed> far too long, and knew what he can do and what he - can not do, so please take a closer look of this situation, and if you wanted i can proof the screen that we both was watching TV in second life before his ban, he never share his account with anyone, except me, because we are like a family.. and now he got banned for no reason at all.. so please.. take a closer look on this..

This is a resident-to-resident forum.  We are all SL residents like you.  Lindens rarely come here, and when they do they never discuss anything related to individual accounts.  We have absolutely no power to help your friend appeal his ban (and neither do you, actually).  If he was banned permanently, there is no chance of an appeal anyway.  Linden Lab prefers to suspend an account or ban for a short time.  They very rarely issue a permanent ban unless a person has done something very serious, like a violation of the ***** policy or repeated violations of intellectual property.

Edit:  See?  The policy is so serious that I can't even type it here without having it replaced by ****.  It has to do with children.

Well.. still didn't hurt to try? heh.. well anyways.. i read policy and yet they said that hed got banned for TOS 6 - and i read it all, and my mate - just CAN"T do all of that things, just because he didn't knew the english language too well, and thats why im give it a shot here.. maybe they see it.. maybe not.. well.. just its too stupid to bad person for what he didn't do..
