My avitar is a cloud and my inventory wont load ive cleared my cache 5 times still cant fix it

But clouds are beautiful!

Seriously, clearing your cache is not the first thing you should try since it is likely to do more harm than good if you have an inventory loading problem.

What you should do, is go to an empty water sim, such as Bevel - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bevel/113/143/2  Change to the old Ruth avatar (you should find it in your Lirbary folder even if your inventory won't load), relog and wait.

Yes but it wont let me into any folder so i cant add anything

No need.  If you want to change to the factory original avatar, just use Develop >> Avatar >> Character Test >> Test Male .  (If your Develop menu isn't visible, type CTRL+Alt+ D first).

That'll show the Advanced menu.  Then CTRL+ALT+Q to show the Developer menu.
