Items get to disapear

Lately I am experiencing strange glitches - my texture HUDs stop working on my head / body and then I realize, that both of them are in lost&fond folder and they do not respond to any change of texture. Then I redeliver the whole thing and it works again. Today I was visiting the Skin fair event and suddenly...EVERYTHING DISAPPEARS and I am standing in all my glory - naked, with my system avatar, no hair, with some peace of something on my head (don't know what it was, some object) 😅.  Does anyone has an idea what's going on?

I had a similar issue yesterday and today, out the blue my mesh body, AO and some clothes ended in "Lost and Found" folder, at least for me they kept being worn. If this helps I'm using the LL Viewer.

Thanks! Maybe it's some bug of the latest version...I am also using the official browser.

It seems to happen during TP when the stuff you are wearing falls off and reattaches. I've been having the issue for a while. I live in Ireland so my connection is rubbish at the best of times. I put it down to that. Where I take a long time to sometimes tp, to and from busy regions and this happens. I just move them back to their origin folder. They still work fine, but just end up in the lost and found. 

When I asked about this I was informed there was a jira on it and its a known issue.. Not sure on that though.

It's happened to me a couple of times during tps but if I flip outfits, everything comes back.
