I am banned from C turkye sim without a reason.My friends too

Talk to the sim owner.

A sim owner can ban anyone for any reason at all.  S/he might not like the color of your eyes.  It's just the same as in RL.  You can decide who gets to come into your house and can tell anyone to leave if you want to.  No explanataions required.  Sometimes a landowner will give you an explanation if you ask politely, but don't be surprised if you get no answer.

Are you absolutely sure you're banned?

I just tried to teleport there and got the message "Could not teleport. Sorry, you do not have access to that teleport destination."

It is possible the sim owner has temporarily closed the sim down to pubic access to make adjustments, or the sim might be closing down for good, or there might be some other technical problem currently. (And looking at the land details from the adjacent sim, I would really think that the reason no one can currently access the sim is because the Estate Manager has temporarily turned off access for all.)
