you can share a parcel when using a group as owner. Both can donate their own tier level to the group, and so buy a larger parcel.
But.. it is the size of the parcel that makes the prim limit, so a shared 512 or 1024 sqm( or any other size) parcel won't get a double prim count when it's used by a groupdonation from two people, you need to buy a larger parcel to get more prims. (except the normal 10% groups bonus)

Alwin is correct.  Here is an example.

AlexLost and Lindal are both Premium members.  They both have free tier on up to 1024 sq m. of Mainland.

Lindal knows of a parcel for sale in the Jeon region.  It's 2,240 sq. m.

Alex and Lindal form a group, "SLand Associates".  They both open the group's information window, and click the Land & $ tab.  They both donate 1024 sq m. of tier to the group.

Groups get a 10% tier bonus, so the group can now own up to (1,024 + 1,024) x 1.10 = 2,252.8 sq. m.  Land comes in 16 sq. m. chunks, so the practical maximum amount is (by an amazing coincidence) 2,240 sq. m.

Lindal goes to the parcel and wears the group tag for their group.  She right clicks the ground and chooses "About Land" from the context menu.

In the About Land window, Lindal clicks the "Buy for Group" button, and then follows the prompts to purchase the land.

SLand Associates now owns 2,240 sq. m., with a land impact allowance of 769.  Lindal and Alex happily move in, but split up three days later when they are unable to agree on what style of house to build on the property.

And if by chance when you say "SL house" you are talking about the Linden homes that come with your Premium membership, then the answer is No.

Your Premium membership isn't actually giving you "prims" anyway. It gives you tier that you can use for a Linden Home or towards other Mainland.  Prims, or Land Impact as it is now called, is tied directly to land amount.
