Scripter wanted: Animate attached object

Hello! Someone can create the following script for a small reward 500 ls?
I need a script that allows you to simulate tossing the ball in your avatar's hand. the ball must be attached on the avatar, the hand holding the ball, and a tossing animation is triggered through the timer, the ball moves up and down.
