    Tossing attached ball : Script :

    Hello! I'm trying to create a script that allows you to simulate tossing the ball in your avatar's hand. the ball must be attached on the avatar, the hand holding the ball is animated, and a tossing animation is triggered through the timer, the ball moves up and down. Are there any suggestions how to do this?

    Catwa Animated Eyes

    For the Catwa Animated Eyes, will the animation (the pupil dilation) only work with eye textures that were made specifically for the Animated Eyes? Or, can I apply third-party textures via Omega or Catwa to the same effect, even if they were not made specifically for the Animated Eyes?

    Animated Texture

    I've really been enjoying modding mesh attachments and such on my avi for some time now. Recently I've seen a few mesh items with animated textures, like a GIF or something on them. I explored the "Media" setting on the build tools, and I have been able to make an MP4 video loop on a face of a mesh attachment nicely. Only problem: other users must have all four boxes under the Preference>Sound&Media>Media tab of their (firestorm) settings checked in able to see the animated texture. Maybe I am using the term "animated texture" wrong, as its really video media that I got working. I suppose it wouldnt matter, but many people I talked to had the settings turned off, so I think it might be default. And I want people to see my cool mod! I know there must be a way to make an 'animated texture' on an attachment and still have others view it without them having those Media settings right, as I have seen it and didnt have those settings checked. So my question is what is the right way to do animated texture so that everyone gets to enjoy them without adjusting those settings? Thanks in advance to anyone who replies

My animated texture (32 frames, 8x4) works perfectly on the face of a prim cube, but when applied to a triangular mesh surface insists on 'tiling' itself into many small squares each static and displaying the moving animation at a different stage. I can change the angle of the texture, but not the scale at which it displays. Any ideas, please ?

I want to have something made to match for the tail. The tail itself doesn't -have- to move, but it would be nice to include if possible to avoid a stiff appearance. Edit: I am not interested in offers wanting payment up front. I've had to turn down a large number of people with strange offers, and one who took money and ran with it. If you ask me to pay up front I am going to tell you to go to hell.

    Animated / Moving hair

    I saw on youtube that there was some animated hairs. So, i wonder what is the best way to to it.. I am new to Second Life and noticed that the ways to animate things are not so exciting.. I don't know much about this Animesh, but it looks like is still in beta.. right? And then the other way to animate would be uploading the mesh on various forms and join them togheter as one so it looks animated... This new Bento bones can be used to animate the hair ? I would really apreciate any help.

I haven't found one that gives the ability to have the visitor/user click on the image and be sent to an URL, a different one depending on which photo they click on. That way, they can be sent to my marketplace store. Are there any that do this or scripts I can add to one to make this happen? Thank you so much! : )

When purchasing non-clothing attachments for your AV like wings, tails, headdresses, etc, is a smooth rigged mesh animation more important than the ability to resize the items or would you rather have slightly less perfect animations with attachments that you can resize however you want? I was working on making new animated wings and realized that if I make them mesh people won't be able to resize them, correct? I would have to offer a few sizes as I do now. I tried for a week to make Bento animated wings where the mesh was just an invisible base to attach flexi wings to but it seems impossible, because the prims want to float to an area not rigged rather than to the attached mesh pieces. So, it's either new mesh wings that are Bento animated and rigged with a few sizes in the package that can't be edited, or flexi prim wings with animations that do allow for editing/resize. Mesh would be more work and time for every new design, but if that is what people prefer to buy then it's worth it. Please comment with your preference if you have one ?
  13. Well there it is. Looking for one weeks and weeks in the marketplace. Nothing. Any idea? Experiences? An inworld store perhaps? There are a few options but they move like a 2 frames animated gift. Rez and/or mesh. Thank you.
