People mistaking me for a Griefer

Someone has banned myself in a second life sim wrongly and mistaking me for another person that was a griefer. What i should do now??

You could explain to the sim owner, who may or may not change his mind.

.... because, after all, a landowner does not need to have a reason for ejecting or banning someone from the land. The SL TOS (Sect 3) says:

You may permit or deny other users to access your Virtual Land on terms determined by you. 

Whether you are a griefer or not, the landowner can just decide that he doesn't want you there.  So, send a polite note, but be prepared to move along.

As to what you can do... wait.

Ban lists are limited. Only so many people can be banned. Then the first-in become the first out. You wait to age out of their list. Time is not the determinate. The number of people being banned in an area determines how fast a list fills up and prior bans get pushed out.

In a busy place that can take 3 or 4 months. The less busy a place is, the longer it takes.

There is no way around a ban list. If you are banned, you are banned. Fair and unjust have nothing to do with it and there is no Appeals Court.
