I accidentally purchase a best rate buy (Limit Buy) is there any way i can turn them into instant Buy Lindens?

Certainly.  Open your dashboard at secondlife.com and click on LindeX >>  Manage >> Lindex Order History.  Find your order and cancel it.  The money that Linden Lab has been holding in escrow for the pending purchase will transfer immediately to the USD balance in your account.  When you place a Buy order of any kind, the Lab uses whatever funds are in your USD balance first, before asking your payment method for anything.

Fiona and Rolig are right!  There's nothing more for me to add except that LL won't charge you the currency transaction fee when you cancel your open order.

no, or ... kinda 

you can cancel the buy and the remaining money will be credited to your account (maybe you'll loose the fee though, I don't know the details) you can then use the remaining US balance to buy a new limit buy at a quicker rate or into direct buy. I'm sure @Lindal Kidd will later drop buy and fill you in on the details
