Question

A friend recentlyupgraded to Premium and has a nice house but he isn't able to access anything....he's sent several tickets asking for help and received a "this is being looked into" response but nothing further has happened and in the meantime the clock is ticking !  Any ideas anyone?

your "friend" can also use live chat ( only open at certain hours)

 

now is this not a to complicated question, but it's often a lot easier to have the question by the orginal resident.. in special in residental disputes friends "forget" often to mention certain important details.

For example, in this case we may naturally assume that your friend has a Linden Home somewhere, but that might not be the case. If your friend is living on a parcel that he bought or rented and has erected his own home on it, Linden Lab probably won't be able to solve the access problem at all. We are also guessing at what you mean by not being able to "access anything".  That might mean that he can't open the front door, or that there are ban lines around the property, or ....    It would be much easier to offer advice if your friend asked his own question and offered some details.  ¬¬
