What is the most disturbing thing on SL you found for sale?

For me, it was a Russian Roulette game. 2008. My friends found and played it, I wanted nothing to do with it.

Not much disturbs me in SL any more (outside nasty people). Over the years I've learnt to look past these items and not really pay attention to anything that would certainly be disturbing in RL. 

Taking the Russian roulette game as an example - Does it bother me in SL? No. Would I play it in SL? No. Do I care if other people do it in SL? No.
