hey there my avis name is ghostprotocall and i apparently am banned for four days and i didnt reserve a email saying why my account was banned for four days is there anyway you guys can tell me why my account was banned?

And this is a resident-to-resident forum.  We're all residents here. If you were actually banned instead of "apparently" banned, you would have received an e-mail to tell you why.  Check your spam filter.

"Apparently" banned for four days?  What makes you think so?  If you were banned, you'd have received an email from LL telling you so.  Some other possibilities:

• You were banned from a specific location by the owner of that land.  LL has nothing to do with this, and whether you deserve it or not, it's any land owner's right to ban anyone they please, for any reason.
• You are seeing some sort of notice in your viewer.  ESPECIALLY if the notice gives you a URL or a phone number to contact, DO NOT DO IT.  It's a phishing scam to try and get your login information.
• If you are seeing a notice AT THE LOGIN SCREEN, then you WERE banned by LL.  Look for the email notice, and check your spam box for it too.  If you don't find it, or if it doesn't give you enough information to satisfy you, you can file a support case and ask for further information about why you were banned.  If you feel the ban is unfair, you can appeal, again by using the Support portal on this website.  However, for a four day ban, I would not bother.  The ban will expire before the issue could be resolved.

If the Lab bans you, you cannot login. You aren't being clear on what you mean by ban. You can be banned from a parcel, a region, or the grid. The later preventing login.

Clubs usually use parcel or region banning.

You can be banned from groups, the forum, the wiki, and/or the JIRA.

People can tell you you're banned hopping you are gullible enough to not come back...
