Unethical merchant - where to complain?

Well, the title says it all. I'm certain that the conduct of Marketplace merchants is at least a tiny bit regulated. I need to file a complaint about one, and my question is: where best to start? Any advice, please?

Linden lab does not get involved in resident to resident disputes, but you can try filing an abuse report from the viewer on marketplace fraud or some such.  one of them says fraud if I remember right.

ehm what is "unethical"? .... in europe it's unethical to eat jumans or dogs, cats ... but in other parts of the world totally normal...

It will depend on what specifically they did.

If they committed fraud (selling empty boxes, etc.), abuse report them from inworld and include the relevant information in the body of the report.

If their listings was incorrect, flag their listings from the item page.

If they are selling things they should not (ripped content, copyright content, 'copybotted' content, full-perm mesh sets they don't have resell rights for, etc.) contact the original creator of that content and urge them to file a DMCA on the content.
