Tinting a Catwa Hairbase

Ok, so I bought a hairbase on MP that needs tinting, but the "instructions" were absolutely no help and I have no idea how to tint it.  I tried the "add hairbase" thing on the Catwa HUD, but it asks for the UUID.  How do I find this?

Is it the first hairbase you buy?

You can apply the hairbase to the head, so you see a white/grey hairbase? I assume you can that.

Add and open the other HUD, not the one with the Catwa hairbases. Find the page for tinting. You will see many small icons, like a tab with "skin" on, teeth, lips, eyebrows and so on, and so on. Look for one with a head in profile with a hairbase. Click it. Now you can tint the hairbase. If you do something wrong, you pick the white color and start over.

Thank  you!  That made so much more sense than the instrustions I was given.  And yes first hairbase, but not the last!

Might I suggest, as well. At Catwa, if you walk in and straight back, there's a desk with a gift for Catwa users. Grab it. In that is a hud with the additional colors Catwa makes hair in. For a basic hair base, I've not had a problem matching a hair color with that..
