Has LL created any new mainland sims in the last year?

Has Linden Labs created any mainland sims or regions in the last year?  My sense is that private islands are created from time to time, but that the mainland continents, e.g. Sansara, Nautilus, Satori, etc., have become fixed in size.  But, I am not sure this is true, or even how one would know.

There are always minor adjustmets but as far as I know, the recent addition of Horizon is the first major addition to mainland since 2011.

Please note that "Linden Lab owned " doesn't necessarily mean mainland, LL has quite a lot of permanent and temporary isolated sims and smaller sim clusters too.

as little addition to the other answers, private regions are added when people buy one from LL, they don't appear randomly.

Also taken them down is happening when somebody gives it up and didn't sell it to another resident.
