there is a chance there is no fix, depends on whát graphics you have, and you post doesn't give usefull information about that.

If you have an Nvidia GeForce or an AMD/ATI Radeon graphics card, download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's web site.

If you have an Intel HD integrated graphics function, you MAY be able to update its drivers for Windows 10, but if it is an early version, you might not.  If that is the case, your only solution is to uninstall Windows 10 and go back to Windows 7 or 8.1...or buy a new computer.

You are making everyone guess... tell us about your computer and video card. If the viewer won't run, use CPU-Z and GPU-Z to get the information we need to help you. They are free.
