has a casino owe me more than five days, what should I do?

Hello .. Good evening!
I play in casinos for a long time.
But these last days 1 in particular is giving me a lot of headaches.
3 x in the same week the machines in devil has not paid properly.
This last time they are owing me 40k.
Spent a lot in casinos and when I win I want my money on time.
I sent several NC for all those responsible will have to five days and nothing.
I want a provides urgent. What should I do? Please help-me

You will need to talk with the owner of the casino.  Nobody else will be able to help.  Specifically, Linden Lab says in the TOS (Section 6): "You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users." In other words, it's your problem, not theirs.

Yes, you can always submit an Abuse Report, but unless the casino owner has done something that violates the TOS, Linden Lab will ignore the report. Anything other than a TOS violation is considered a dispute between residents, and they will not intervene.

The fact that the machine is in their establishment, do not send the money when it reaches the requested score is not a kind of abuse?

I see it as theft.

I played according to the rules, I gained according to the rules, and they do not pay me according to the rules?

Or Lindem think right make several demands to open an establishment and makes no requirement for them to pay what they owe?

if you are talking about 40K my brows raise.... 40k for gaming in a week is a lot of money, but of course...it is possible...

But be very sure it is really inworld gaming... if it's anything else, like gambling or non licensed games your and the owners account are in serious trouble as soon you report it and LL investigates.

According to the rule of the Devil In variable, u must win as your score.

I made coresponding score to win 44k and they just told me to 4400. I took pictures of everything: machine rules etc.

Today it's been 6 days and none of them came

We are SL residents like you. Lindens never come to this Answers site and we have no power to do anything to resolve your issue. All we can do is offer advice. As I said earlier, you are welcome to submit an Abuse Report. Unless there is reason to believe that someone has violated the TOS, however, do not be surprised if Linden Lab ignores the complaint.

 

Alwin has a point, BTW. L$44K is about $175 US. That's a very large payout from gaming. It will almost certainly get Linden Lab's attention if you try to cash out through the LindeX.
