I have two avis, one will work fine with all menu animations,the other one won't start the same anim

I have two avis... one will operate all menu animations fine, the second one did that for a while, now it can make a connection with the menu ie: sit ... bit it doesn't get the "animate avatar" notice. I'm using  Singularity

perhaps try another viewer  ... singularity is outdated

Alwin's right.  The Singularity viewer hasn't been updated for a year now.  You can expect more and more of its functions to fail as time goes on. Install the standard SL viewer or a current Third Party viewer instead.
