I can´t download the game!!! It says it's only compatible with windows vista!!!

No, it's not only compatible with Vista.  Most SL residents are using Win 7, 8, or 10 if they are using a Microsoft OS.  Plenty of others use a Mac or Linux.

It sounds like you need to start clean (not with a new account, but with a fresh installation of the viewer).
