How do u create a newsletter for u own venue within second life?

You don't.  If you want to do something like that, you do it outside of SL with blogging software or something similar.  You can send a link to it as part of a group note in world.

This is usually done through group notices and scripted subscriber boards.

It depends how elaborate you want to make it.

If you want to keep it simple you can do this on a notecard and drag full perm textures or snapshots into the card in the appropriate places. 

Alternatively you can create a texture for each page of the newsletter containing the text and photos and put them together as a book or magazine using a printing system.  If you are a scripter you can write a script to make your own book then distribute after making it copy or transfer, or even full perm.  

In either case,distribute it through your group, a subscription server service or a newsstand kiosk.  These are available for purchase as well as printing systems.
