How do i stop my profile from being wiped blank?

I've typed in my Bio and set my picture but after a week or so it all gets wiped. What am i doing wrong, am i clicking something i should not?

Is it just blank to you or to other people as well and do you see other people`s profiles as blank?

Have seen some people say that their pics on their profiles keep disappearing but they still show to others.

It appears to be a bug, although LL seem to be having trouble replicating it and it only seems to be affecting certain people.

if you are using the web based one, you might try opening up your profile in non-v2 based viewer and editing your oldstyle profile there... AFAIK those haven't been wiped ever, and they should propogate to the web based version.

i got the same problem where all my info got wiped off my profile a few weeks ago but i put it back up and it has not happened again but now my picture wont show in chat
