Bought helicopter and paid 3000L$ and owner won't respond. I never received it but my linden $ went to Apolon Tupac redstar.

If you have tried sending more than one polite notecard -- including a copy/pasted record of the purchase from yout Transaction History or Marketplace Order History --- and have not heard back from the merchant, you can try submitting a support case under th category Marketplace Issues.  Remember, of course, that this is a long holiday weekend and that most merchants (and Lindens) will not be available to respond until Monday, when they get back from family festivities.

Apolon Motors is a very reputable company in SL, I am sure they will help you if you will be patient.

It may help to go back to their store and try the redeliver box.

I have an Apolon chopper. They're a good place for items. Try the redeliver box and see if that helps.
