Is there anything as a 1/12th Region?

Is there anything such as a 1/12th Region?  if so where does it fall in line as the other regions?

You can make a parcel any size that you want, down to 4m on a side, so yes, you can make a 1/12 sim.  That's not the question, though, I think. You're concerned about tier, which is a pricing scheme for land fees.  For that purpose, sims are divided in powers of two  ( 1, 1/2, 1/4. 1/8,1/16 1/32, 1/64, 1/128 ).  Any parcel's size is compared against that heirarchy and then charged a land fee based on the next highest level.  So a 1/12 region parcel is larger than a 1/16 region and smaller than a 1/8, so you'll be charged the rate for a 1/8 region.

Just don't put a billboard on it if you are on the Mainland. They'll nail you for that kind of landscaping.

Rolig is right, but you won't be able to hit 1/12 exactly, in any case.  65,536/12 = 5461.333333....

Since the smallest division of land is 16 m2, the closest that you'll be able to get is 5456 m2.  But you will still have to pay tier at the 1/8 region level.

It seemed that every square meter of Tokyo was a billboard. I'll have to look for a private New Tokyo sim to put up my 16m2 Pachinko palace.
