I have no idea what you are talking about.  A "DJ" is a live person, someone with a Second Life account who goes to a club and plays music on his music stream to earn tips.  A "dancer" is anyone who dances.

If you mean, you want human-appearing dolls to pretty up an empty club and stand in for a live DJ and dancers, I'm sure there's something on the Marketplace.

Actually making such figures yourself will require considerable skill in Blender or Maya or some other 3D modeling software.

I've never made a DJ, though I've certainly thought about making a dancer. I think that just showing some interest in the DJ would get me at least to first base. The dancer (I'm presuming female) seems more of a challenge. Though I've contemplated that for years, I still have no plan.

If you don't mind, I'll just subscribe to this thread and wait for any helpful advice that comes our way.

If you want to HIRE a DJ and a dancer, you post an advertizement in the Wanted forum.  Otherwise, you will find that it is essentially impossible to make artificial people that look at all convincing.
