Age issue.

I was kicked out of a couple of places because "I was too young".  I entered 32 when I signed up!

Some land owners do not allow people with accounts less than 30 days old to enter for security reasons.  It is common for griefers and trouble makers to create new accounts to use while they do their dirty deeds.  Land owners have complete control over their land because they pay for it.  They can deny access to anyone for any reason at all or no reason at all, so there is nothing you can do about this except wait until your account has aged past the 30 day mark to go there.  In the meantime there are plenty of other places you can go and explore.

You ARE too young.  You were born two days ago.  Many Adult-rated areas automatically eject or ban anyone who has been in SL for fewer than 30 days.  It's nothing personal.  It's just their way of keeping out some of the most annoying troublemakers, many of whom get banned from SL or get bored and leave within a month.  So .... wait until this time in March.   Meanwhile, explore non-Adult areas.

Rolig and Amethyst are entirely correct.

However, not ALL adult areas restrict access to newly created accounts.  If you get barred from one, just shrug, move on to the next, and plan to visit again when you've, uh, served your time.

 Everyone is spot on and remember to set the following options...

Since you registered with your real life information and birth date, all you need to do that is age related is to make sure you have selected the level of information you are willing to see in all these locations:

1) In the Viewer General Tab [ G ] [ M ] [ A ] - Check the desired options

2) In the Viewer [Ctr'-M] World Map Events: [ G ] [ M ] [ A ] - Check the desired options

3) In the in-world Search Window - Perform any search then check the desired viewing levels in the upper left area of the search window - [ G ] [ M ] [ A ]

4) In the MarketPlace click on the Show maturity levels Down Arrow and select the desired viewing options phrase. {Note: I find it interesting that you can select Adult Only as one of the options here}

Additional Note: Do understand that many Adult venues may also impose a "How Long Has the Avatar Been Created" restriction. This is to keep out griefers and in some cases, new persons [ noobies ] from these areas.
