How long it takes to get rid of a griefer if filled so many abuse reports by many ppl againts the  griefer?

It all depends on how clear the evidence of griefing is (that is, how well-documented the reports are and how easily they can be verified), and on how seriously the alleged griefer has violated the TOS.  You might watch this YouTube video for suggestions  >>>

Actually its a griefer kicking everybody out of a mainland sim since aug. 13. and reported many times.

Block/mute/ignore a griefer. Don't feed a griefer. Submitting abuse reports to Linden Lab may not always work because they may just see it as something you can work out for yourself, a tiny little dispute between residents, something equivalent to school yard tip-taps.

Griefers hate to be ignored.

Be more specific about the type of griefing, but I think the advice will remain the same.

Out of curiosity, how confident are you that there is a griefer? A griefer can't kick everyone out of a sim. A griefer might be able to crash a sim, but if you happen to be on a sim that has a couple of clubs and moderately heavy traffic, the sim can crash all by itself.

If they have rights to eject then they have rights to eject, end of story. It's down to the land-owner who they grant rights to and what those people do with them.
