  2. Im looking for a scripter who could make a custom security orb for me. Features for the security orb: 1. Reading the notecard of banned residents instead of using only the memory 2. Can add 1000 names to ban list 3. Can list the banned residents into the local chat from the memory for pasting the acutal list into the notecard 4. Can give individual name to each orb 5. Can give individual channel to each orb 6. Works on group owned land 7. As group owner i dont need to add myself to the orb as operator 8. Can add at least 3 operators to the orb 9. Adding/removing a person using the right channel and short command in local chat by shouting it. for example /14ban xxxx /14del xxxx 10. Accepting shouted commands 11. Banned resident gets teleported home 12. Accepting commands from my JVA MultiBot 13. Notice via IM message about the command is accepted. (example: /14ban xxxx IM in local chat "..Orb: Added xxxx to ban list" same for removing a person.) 14. Sending me offline IM message about ejecting a resident by using the the Object IM type message while im not online so i can get offline messages in my email box. 15. If there is two working orb rezzed the dialog menu is not duplicating/the other orb is not trying to communicate if i wanna use the menu of one orb 16. Low lag fast response to commands, fast ban 17. Permission: MODIFY/TRANSFER permissions for personal use only at my public places Creator's permissions and benefits: - Weekly or monthy payment for testing the beta version that is included in the final version payment - Full support and long term of testing the beta version at a high traffic, laggy, busy place - Real exploration of bugs from me while testing with explains and full details of actions - Can sell the final version of the orb as your creation - Advertisement sign for your creation/or shop at high traffic place or/and can add advertising message to the dialog of teleporting home message IM me or send me notecard about your application for this project.   3. Hi! Sorry if i write this on the wrong site, but not sure where to ask ppl opinion and ideas about the solution. Im looking for a good solution for setting up a "group access only" on a group owned land with the following conditions: 1. Only group members can access the land 2. group members are NOT ALLOWED to build on the group land 3. but they are able to rezz balls from the MLP chairs, beds etc... 4. owner of the group no need to be online for members be able to rezz balls (We tested these land and group settings and having trouble coz ppl are able to build on land if allowed to build for the group in land settings, even in the group the role is set not allowed to rezz on group land for them. If i dont enable building for the group in land settings, members are not able to rezz balls from MLP or other menu based objects when i'm - the group land owner- not online. If im not online they are able to rezz balls from objects only which is deeded to the group, but its impossible to deed no transfer objects, so its not working way neither.) Im looking for solution from two views: 1. view: The land is owned by GROUP A, members are in GROUP A also or 2. view: The land is owned by GROUP A, members are in another group, lets call GROUP B if there is no solution in the settings i would like to get ideas about making group access only work by a security orb, the view is: 1. view: The land is owned by GROUP A, members are in another group, lets call GROUP B, security orb must be deeded to the GROUP A land (as i know) Proly its a bug, must allow group members build anything they want on the land for using chairs, beds etc. because no transfer items cant be deed to the group?   5. Hi Darren! My land is deed to GROUP A. If i have members in GROUP A, there is two way of settings for rezz ability. One is in Land Info, Build: Everyone or Group. Other is in Group window can set for role everyone: allowed/not allowed to Create objects I want nobody is allowed to build on the land. I set Everyone role not allowed to create objects. Now lets look at Land info settings, if i set only Group is allowed to build then group members can build on the land even its set not allowed in everyone role for them. And if i not allow the group build on land group members are not able to rezz balls from beds or from any other stuffs on the land when my avatar is not online. (im the owner of the group, deed my land to the group) My question is, how i can set these group settings for make the land group access only but no ability to build cubes on land but have ability to rezz the balls from a bed menu still.

  9. Actually its a griefer kicking everybody out of a mainland sim since aug. 13. and reported many times.

  14. i wont read it, sorry. im busy with learning how burn texture on mesh and i will try to upload my rigged mesh skirt including texture, tho its not sure if this texture uploading works in this mesh upload window. about the deformed avatar: is solved by changing world coordinate system in maya.

  18. while you wrote this long reply instead of helping i fixed the problem. tho im so sure you know well what kind of problem has most of "beginers" when trying to use a downloaded skeleton and why the rigged mesh looks weird when wearing it in sl and why its deforming the avatar too sometimes. and no need to ride a word, any kid could figure out its written wrong by mistake. ppl in inworld groups could understand what im talking about and nobody asked for screenshoot, they could imagine it. (thats anohter thing they have no idea how to fix it and telling silly things about how need t fix it.) its boring (even i just worked on this rigging thing for two days long only) about ppl who knows how to rig and upload a mesh they trying to make me confused and trying to make me lost and suggessing that i should give it up to try rigging a mesh. - telling: i need to MAKE UV MAP!!!!!!! and put material on mesh object for make the mesh rigged right in sl - telling: giving me lessons for money but must start from the begining, starting with creating a cube polygon and MAYBE I WILL BE ABLE TO RIG A MESH AFTER TAKING LESSONS FOR HALF YEAR LONG coz its VERY DIFFICULT AND COMPLEX. (good business...really) - the better!!!!!: FIRST i must learn how to make a mesh object using ALPHA CHANNEL or it will never work! - and the best is telling "i have to build own skeleton because the SKELETON GETS MESSED IN THE FILE when downloading the file from internet" anyway i fixed the problem alone, so its working now. (*i dont even know how to make a mesh skirt) so im telling to all the "beginers" DONT GIVE IT UP, and dont let practised rigged mesh creators driving you into dark forest. thanks for your time
  19. i guess everybody can imagine a skeleton with a cylinder around knees in maya and the other wearing inworld an undeformed twisted big object with having avatar upperbody turned down into legs. its a knowns problem uploading mesh, i read from others having same problem like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Cav6tnNwi4 ok i must admit my mesh looks bigger.
  20. i didnt make screenshoot. the cylinder shaped mesh object became an undeformed shape thing and my legs were in my somewhere else and somewhere under me and i have no idea were my head and my upperbody was gone.

  23. hi, how to ."Make sure that your UV mapping and any adjustments to the UV map have been done PRIOR to skinning the object to the skeleton." i made an uv map for the mesh but what means "to have done PRIOR to skinning the object to the skeleton"
