Hello everyone :)  I'm not understanding how I have a 3,000 items difference from FS to Niran's.  I've cleared cache on both and reloaded the inventories, but still a difference :(  I thought they pulled from the same place?

They do, but there are slightly different inventory retrieving methods / settings, and one of them may be causing you this problem.

For detailed & alternative tricks on inventory recovery in Firestorm, look here. I don't much know about Niran's, beyond having located their main page, but you may begin your search here.

Sounds like your downloading the system library with one viewer and not with the other. Look at the Debug Settings for NoInventoryLibrary.   Nirans viewer, don't know about others.

In Firestorm if you disable the Library the setting will revert when you relog.

This is due to the fact that the bridge is built from a library item.

I don't understand the details completely but when I asked I was told it is done this way now to overcome some of the problems no build / no script parcels caused with the bridge creation.

Hi Kylie,

You don't have to go into Debug Settings to disable or enable the Library. It's a tick box at the bottom of Preferences > Viewer > Viewer but you have to relog for the change to take effect.

Awesome that they added that.  I didn't know myself.  Great to know!  Thanks.
