SL wont safe any changes concerning inventory

It sounds as if files in your AppData area are messed up.  Your inventory cache and user settings are not updating properly.  Here's how to clear your settings and force the servers to build new ones >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clearing_settings .  The instructions are for the Firestorm viewer, but you should be able to see where to make the obvious small changes for any other viewer.

Did you already try with a different viewer and after clearing all settings to check if it's somehow caused by the viewer? If the problem still persists, I'd suggest you file a support ticket because there might be some borkage with your account: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

There were problems similar to this on the Beta grid, try changing your account password and then waiting 24 hours. It forces the account to update.

If it doesn't work the first time, just keep changing your password every 24 hours until it does, worked for me
