Hello everyone, In case someone has the same issue I have in the future, I just wanted to put down the link to my JIRA-case: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-7499 I phoned with the Linden Lab support. And he said, he would talk with the technicians about my case. Maybe I am more lucky this time!

Thank you for all your kind and helpful answers, I already cleared my cache. It was also an advice from the support of linden lab. Sadly it did not help. I clicked the link for the JIRA-advice. It seems only to be possible for premium members. I only have a basic account. So i guess I can't do that. But indeed - my problem seems to be very similar. This account is like 6 years old. And it has been deactivated...since...maybe 4 years. So it might be that problem. Your responses are very much appreciated though and already have helped me a lot in getting some clearity. Maybe I will just continue to go on Linden Labs nerves and file another ticket. Miiyu ; )

Dear Alwin, thank you for your quick answer. Is a ticket the same like "submitting a support case form"? Cause I've already done that and the nice lady said, my case exceeds the support i get for a basic account. But maybe i just got the wrong person on the line and might try it again sometime. Miiyu

Dear Amza, I dunno if it helps you, but i have found where you can turn of the IMs via the offical Second Life website. Just use the menu on the left side of the website after you logged in. Account ---> Contact Information ---> Uncheck "I would like to receive offline IMs via Email" Best regards, Miiyu Xue

Dear SL Community, I deactivated my account a few years ago and have it reactivated since a few days. Ever since i have it reactivated, i have approximately 20 "Friends"-folder within the "Calling Card" Section of my inventory. Those are officially from second life and therefore i can't delete them myself. Does any of you know that issue? Is there maybe a solution to solve my problem? For the record: I already tried to open a support case. But since this is just a basic-account, they were sorry to inform me, that they can't help me with that. I look forward to hear from you all! Hello fellow residents, as all topics didnt fit to my question, i will just post it here. Since today I have the problem that when I log in I always start as a newbie and second life asks me if i wanna be a female or male newbie. Also SL wont safe any changes I do in my inventory. If I create folders and move objects from my inventory there, the next time I log in they are gone again. If I rename objects, the next time I log in they have the old name again. Also, if someone tries to give me an object SL says, unable to do the transfer process and I end up not having the item. Has anyone an idea what problem I might have and how to solve it? By the way, when I log in with an ALT the problems are gone, I only have them with this Account. I am open for any suggestions! : ) Thank you in advance!!
