That is the covenant. There was nothing against making clubs or anything like that. I had paid 650 linden, and also filed an AR already. Is there any more I can do besides just ARing this person? Thanks

You paid 650 lindens for a full region?  That's the equivalant of about $2.60 USD for a region that costs just under $300 USD per month!!

Some landowners will set the tier box to accept a token payment to hold the land for you.

L$650 is about enough to rent a quarter of a sim for one day.

ETA: Did you try to contact the landowner???

Double check the fees.   I think you've misunderstood something here because nobody is going to rent you a full sim for L$650 a month.  I pay about $L11,000 a month for about 1/6 of a sim, and I'm getting a pretty good deal.

LL has clearly stated that they do not get involved in resident disputes but if you want to AR go ahead.

 

The only person I can imagine caring very deeply that you were scammed out of $2.60 is your mother.  Maybe give her a call next time.

LOL.  You were not scammed, you just didn't read the contract.  You didn't pay your rent, and you got kicked off (quite rightly, too.)

Sorry, but I have to tell you:

1.  Your ARs will go nowhere.

2.  Next time, read the covenant.

3.  Even if you WERE in the right, when you have a dispute with an estate owner, the estate owner wins.  Every time.  Sorry about that.
