"I was lucky enough to sit down with my friend Evee Blackstar a couple of weeks ago for an interview - and it was a blast! We talked a lot about her experiences on SL - just in general and as a performer. She mentions in the video that she had a hard time getting set up initially to perform and that she's willing to help out new performers if they need some advice. Evee's legacy name is Harleen Jestyr inworld." Watch the interview on YouTube.
"Edie Horngold logged the first time in Second Life on 31 July 2009. Edie is often inspired by music. The music expands her mind and helps her to open heart. As she said, a lot of the titles for her work come from songs. Edie likes creating strong visual simplicity." Read more on the blog.
"Today, Monday 11th October, Designing Worlds explores Seraphim, the premier shopping resource in (and for) Second Life." Read more on the blog.
"Is there anything second life creatives have in common? Is there a direct link with the objective reality in which they live that sources their creativity “behind the screen”? Does the creative profession they pursue in the real world, continue inworld? In most situations, no. In my meetings many designers, photographers, stylists, tell me that they have not been creative in the real world, but have started their careers “natively” in the reality of Second Life." "On a lazy sunny afternoon Belinda invited me to her home. 'Welcome to my Houseboat!' she said when I landed at her home. And a houseboat it is where I am. A beautiful one with terraces, a surprisingly large living area and a speedboat lying at the mooring waiting to take the open sea." Click over to read more of the interview on the blog.

"In the years I've been in Second Life, I have never had the honor to meet a professional wedding photographer and -filmmaker. Now was the moment because I was going to interview Jackson Redstar. He is one of a few here on this second world who actually makes wedding video's for a business. And he has seen and recorded hundreds of weddings. Is this actually his passion?" "I was interviewed on Monday evening at Fantasy Faire 2021 by Saffia Widdershins. It was a wide-ranging conversation which I enjoyed very much, and included questions (both from Saffia and the audience) on why I choose to write under my avatar name, why I choose not to pursue ‘traditional’ publication routes (and the work that goes into self-publishing), the difficulties facing new residents in SL (and how my post last year for beginners was my most read post), what makes SL special, and how virtual worlders might differ in their perspectives from non-virtual worlders."
