"It took awhile to put this outfit together, there are so many possible versions and colors as well as shoe options -- oh my -- in the Abigale gacha from deviousMind. But I had my pose and I had my location and I learned long ago how to get redressed without getting undressed. So deep in the heart of Babbage Canals where I had a shop for a time, I put myself together a piece at a time. " Read more on the blog.

Challenges
"This challenge was issued by my SL sis I N G A, I had a lot of fun putting this together and I hope others partake in this challenge. It's not everyday I get to use my human avatars." Style details on Flickr.

"New month, new photo challenge! Let’s kick off June with even more fabulous prizes!  This month’s challenge is sponsored by the fantastic Emerald Couture.  We’re super excited and thankful for their generosity! Take a look at the rules and then get those shots into the FabFree Photo Challenge Flickr Pool  from June 1st – 30th!" "When I hear the word "indigo" I immediately thing of navy blue.  It turns out that's not quite the hue we are looking for this week. Indigo -- and surprisingly Pantone seems to have one main "indigo" instead of a dozen -- is lighter than navy and also less vibrant, so more gray in the mix." Read more on the blog.

"Back in the land of earthy goodness, we have a muted and medium brown tone. This differs from taupe in value, being darker -- but what is dark taupe ends  all depends on your point of view.   I didn't have to look too far to find an outfit. This may be all that delving in my closet, who knows?" Read more on the blog.

"I was well-versed on PLUM from the original challenge a decade ago. For a very long time this post, "Where Does Plum Begin?" was in my most viewed pages of the week. It would pop up from time to time and year to year so I remembered the post title easily. That's a good thing because blogger doesn't seem to search all that well when you have almost 6000 posts in your blog!" Read more on the blog.

"A chill is in the air, that damp time when the seasons change once again.  Walking the streets at Templemore City, it didn't take me long to find a photo op spot. Feeling a bit Parisienne in my jaunty hat and stylish coat, a city backdrop was on the agenda -- and happily easy to find." Read more on the blog.

"Eggplant appears to be a bit more toward violet than patriarch, our first color challenge; it is also more muted.  But they are pretty close so wander through that now familiar closet and see what you can find.   Pantone's idea of eggplant seems pretty consistent from my search." "Since a few weeks I’ve seen several challenges on social media with the hashtag #TellMeWithoutTellingMe. Mostly on Facebook and Twitter, challenging you to tell in what country you live or what you do for a living, without saying the name of said country or profession. I love these kind of challenges and thought it would be fun to make one for Second Life.... Tell me you are a Second Life resident, without telling you are in Second Life" Read more on the blog.

"White. Easy!  This is a good time for a sign of relief when delving deeply into our virtual closets. I found this pretty little dress right away and it worked for me.  And as long as we are working with white, a white backdrop seemed appropriate too." Read more on the blog.

"Well the good news is that most all of the color swatches for emerald green are very close to each other, so at least there is agreement.  Emerald is apparently "cooler" (towards blue rather than yellow) of just plain green which we have tackled and tamed -- well, I hope so anyway.  It is very close to "teal".   Since green have been problematic for me I am guessing this may be a tricky color, but hopefully something is hiding in my inventory."
