"Recently Aria and myself were talking about the many beach themed hotels and resorts that are opening, and Aria remarked that SL is missing a good tropical themed hotel or resort. As a result, It was good to come across the new Caroni Bird Sanctuary and Guesthouse." Read more on the blog.
"This is a beautiful sim of a real-life place in the United States." Watch the video on YouTube.
"As the sun rises over Awenia in its still-incomplete form, I’ve been thinking about the Realm Rebuild and why it’s so important to me. First of all, Awenia continues to be a popular tourist destination, and I want to make sure our visitors always get an authentic experience." Read more on the blog.
"The Destination Guide led me to a little corner of Heterocera called What the Buzz. Designed by Emm (HeyEmm) and located within the larger Willow Creek National Park – a place I’ll be covering in more detail in a future piece." Read more on the blog.
"The Sea Horizon is a small hotel with twelve rooms and a pool. I came across it while doing one of my regular hotel searches in the SL directory, and decided to take a look, renting a room. Though I wouldn’t class it as a vacation place, as it is simple with limited facilities, the rooms themselves are quite nicely done and there is a fairly large pool. As a result, this could be an option if you want to base yourself somewhere temporarily." Read more on the blog.
"Here are some pictures of the newly designed London City Gateway region. Based on the Royal Parks of London, the London Gateway has a Second Life tutorial for beginners and clickable information boards for tourists who wish to learn more about the attractions in SL and RL London." See more on the blog.
"Before I started this website, the only Second Life hotel I’d really heard of was the Essencia, which did a good job of simulating a four-five star city hotel in RL. With the hotel having been around now for four years, owner Sérgio Franchinni has revamped and relaunched it. It’s been moved to a new region, and all the public areas and rooms have been given a complete makeover." Read more on the blog.
"Wandering Clouds Cafe is a tranquil relaxing café surrounded by mist and gorgeous views of the ocean. One of the most scenic cafes I visited." Watch the video on YouTube.
"Tucked away in the very north end of the 14 region “City State” of New Babbage (more about New Babbage in a later article) is probably one of the biggest buildings of the city. Brunel Hall. I first stumbled on an earlier version of the hall years ago when i was exploring the grid visiting various steampunk and Victorian themed regions. In 2012 when i stayed at the hotel it was much smaller, having only two floor, since then its been extended out a lot into 5 floors in total." Read more on the blog.
"The following is a roleplay-story driven post featuring Miwa and Lyra on a weekend adventure in one of the many available destinations in Second Life. A review of the sim and experience can be found after the story." Read more on the blog.
"A rare time for the Book Club in Second Life, but it was worth it because the after-party always gets interesting. I enjoyed the author of course and the reading, which is always a special treat. I also like all the mishaps and the endless chatting. (mainly Drax)." Read more on the blog.

"With over 100 SL hotel reviews now on this website, it’s time to choose ten that (at time of writing) we think you should stay at. These are the highly recommended picks, which Aria and myself feel are in some way exceptional - we recommend them without hesitation." Read more on the blog.
"Another great build from Camilla Runo, creator of Vargsagen, Skullingtown and Ars Vivendia. This time around we’re in the Wild West at a place called Wind River and it looks great." Read more on the blog.
"Royal Crest Isles reminds me a lot of the Fiji Resort, which I previously reviewed in November 2020. Many of the same decorations and buildings, including the villa I stayed in ( which is the same one I use for my home) are identical to the Fiji Resort. This time, however, the theme is more of an unspecific tropical setting." Read more on the blog.
"Greg Timmerman offers a unique way of traveling with his project [Greg's] - Bar & Lounge." Read more on the blog.
