Disappearing posts in Answers

THREE times today I posted an answer to this question: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Avatar/Ideal-body-measurements-for-a-male-model-in-second-life/qaq-p/2825326

In each case, the interface said it was successful.  I could "click here to go to your post" and read it.

But when I next opened the thread, my answer was NOT there.  However, it did not happen with another question I posted an answer to, so it's not ALL threads, just SOME threads...or maybe just THAT thread.

This is frustrating.

 

EDIT:  Thanks, everyone.  At least I'm not alone.  I will see about filing a JIRA.

I haven't had that happen for a couple of weeks, but last month it happened to me several times, totally at random.  I agree, it's FRUSTRATING!!  Especially if you go to the trouble of typing out a long, carefully-phrased reply --- TWICE -- and the system eats it.  Unfortunately we're the only ones who will ever know .  Lindens never come here.  :smileymad:

I thought I was the only one this was happening to. DITTO the disappearing posts. A few detailed ones just upped and went bye bye and I didn't have the energy to do the response all over again.

This has happened to me several times in the past, Lindal. There's no rhyme or reason, but I find some questions appear to be truly unanswerable.
