It's just another role play game.  Go to Marketplace and type in an obvious keyword like "baby" or "pregnant."  You'll find several items you can buy to help you pretend to be pregnant.

Rolig gave you the correct answer.  Babies are just prim dolls.  So you can buy a prim tummy to pretend ou are preggers or you can just go straight  to buying a baby.  If you want a child, you need to meet an adult avie who likes to role play a child and is willing to become part of  your pretend family

Lindal's blog post is fairly thorough. There are other pregancy simulator HUD's than the one she mentioned. The most popular I've seen is Mama Allpa, but it requires both partners have an HUD - the one to get pregnant must have the female, and the "impregnator" must have the male. The Tantra Total Woman HUD mentioned in Lindal's post only requires that the one to get pregnant have the HUD. You can modify your own shape (if it has modify permissions), to give you a pregnant belly look. Plus maternity clothes, pregnancy AO's, etc. Go as far as you want with it.

Keep in mind that, again as Lindal mentions, not everyone wants to participate in your pregnancy, so if you do use a tummy talker, or a talking prim baby once you "give birth," be prepared to be muted by any number of people who get tired of "sweetash1996 squirms because the baby is squishing her bladder and she needs to pee," and other such comments.
