Tried running in compatibility mode as well as other 3rd party viewers. Nothing has worked. i know the graphics card is not great but it has always worked before without an issue. Any fixes?

Someitmes when you download 3rd party viewers they allow you to choose to get a 32bit version or 64 bit version. It appears you are running with a 32bit, so maybe try downloading a viewer that supports it. I use singularity and my new pc runs with a 64bit so I had to download the 64bit version of the singularity viewer.

There's your problem ....

Card name: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
       Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family

That Intel graphics chip's drivers can't be upgraded to work on Windows 10.

I'm afraid you are out of luck running any SL viewer on Windows 10 on a system with Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset graphics.

If you need to use this system for Second Life, the only option is to roll back to your previous version of Windows.

Whirley 's answer is spot on.

Do understand that the Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) chipset will function under Windows 10. It will perform all normal text and business graphics chores well.

What it can't do is operate as a 3D Graphics rendering engine. There is no driver being supplied to enable that purpose on the Windows 10 platform.

So if this is your only PC to access SecondLife you need to revert back to Windows 7 before your Windows 10 31-day testing period runs out.
